Sea Week Poem
This week was sea week and we got to chose from a list of things related to sea week, I chose to do a poem and an illistration. my poem and painting was around the fact that our beautiful ocean is dying, In the first half is about why the ocean is beutiful but by the end the sea is begging for help. I also did my painting around this topic, I painted an amazing sunset and sea but then I added all of the rubbish

Problem
Billie and myself (Lily) wondered how many students in room 8 balance their screen
time with physical activity. We surveyed 5 girl year eights and 5 boy year eights so we
would be unbiased.

billie and myself used google forms to plan our investigation. Something I struggled
with was when we had to make a question go to another page. I also struggled with
the layout because I was new to google forms.

Analysis
Data
From the 20 people we surveyed 90% of them do balance the screen times and
10% don't. Of the people who said they didn't balance the screen time with physical
activity here are some of the reasons why they didn't. They don't play any sport or
do any outdoor activity, they can't be bothered and they don't do as much sport as
gaming. Our data shows that 90% of the people we surveyed balance their screen
time by going outside sports etc…

One shows that people balance their physical activity with screen time by going

Conclusion
Billie was a little bit unhappy with the results because I feel that the people
we surveyed may have been dishonest. My recommendation for the parents/caregivers
of the people that were surveyed with the answer of not balancing screen time would
be to try to encourage them to go outside or to play some sport.
